1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vip tk platform and its related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on vip tk, and "Platform" refers to vip tk's website, mobile application, and associated digital services.

By first accessing the vip tk platform or registering an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

vip tk reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the platform, and continued use of the platform after that constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on vip tk and take part in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. vip tk may request identity documents at any time to verify age. Registration using false information will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be fully accurate. If any information needs to be changed, contact the support team. vip tk bears no responsibility for any issues arising from false or incomplete information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share login details with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3 Deposit and Payment Policy

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on vip tk. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

After a withdrawal request is made, funds are generally sent to the member's registered payment account within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this timeframe may extend if identity verification is in progress or for security reasons. For bank transfers, funds can be sent to Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or other listed banks.

If any unusual activity, fraudulent behaviour, or attempt to exploit system errors is detected in financial transactions, vip tk reserves the right to immediately suspend transactions on that account and, if necessary, close the account.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — winnings earned from the bonus are not withdrawable until the specified wagering requirement has been completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

vip tk offers various promotional offers from time to time, such as weekly bonuses, weekend offers, cricket event bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and minimum deposit requirement. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.

4.3 Grounds for Bonus Cancellation

vip tk reserves the right to cancel bonuses in any of the following circumstances:

• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to withdraw the original deposit before the bonus conditions are met.
• Applying low-risk betting strategies to exploit the bonus.
• Claiming a bonus using false information or fraudulent methods.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

vip tk's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier has a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. VIP tier upgrades happen through active participation and consistent activity.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip tk platform:

• Transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or family.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and accumulated funds may be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gambling Policy

Under our responsible gaming guidelines, members can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits for themselves. 9 Account Closure and Service Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to applicable wagering conditions being met.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by vip tk

vip tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or security reasons. In such cases, the member will be notified by email or through the support chat.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. In this case, vip tk will notify the member in advance before taking any necessary action.

10 Limitation of Liability

vip tk is not liable for losses caused by technical errors on the platform, internet connectivity issues, or disruption to third-party services. For verifying game results and sports event outcomes, we rely on information from trusted third parties.

Gambling carries financial risk. vip tk never promises guaranteed winnings. Each member bears full responsibility for making decisions within their own financial means.

12 Applicable Law and Final Provisions

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
